At MJ Kids, we regard customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all MJ Kids products and services, and conforms to Internet privacy standards.

In order to use the MJ kids website, we may require information from you to provide the best service possible.
All correspondence may be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales of our baby clothes, support for MJ Kids customers and MJ Kids accounts, including Email.
Any information collected by us is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, or directly through our website.

Any details collected from our customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service.

MJ Kids Orders
If you purchase MJ Kids products from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).
We use this information for billing purposes and to fulfil your clothing orders. And If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to dispatch your goods within one working day after we receive your order. Local delivery may take 3-5 working days for your order to get to you. International delivery may take 7-14 working days depending on the country. Custom-made orders will take a maximum of 21 working days from the day the order was placed to get to you. Return, exchange and refund
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order due to latent damage or sizing problems, we will give you a 7-day money back guarantee from the time you receive your goods. You may opt for an exchange depending on availability.
You will need to return the un-used product/s to us with tags attached, in it’s original packaging and with proof of purchase.
Please return the product/s via registered post and pre pay all postage. You will assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. MJ Kids will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
If your MJ Kids product/s was purchased from a 3rd party site or store, the product must be returned to the original place of purchase directly.
