Shipping and Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to dispatch your goods within one working day after we receive your order. Local delivery may take 3-5 working days for your order to get to you. International delivery may take 7-14 working days depending on the country. Custom-made orders will take a maximum of 21 working days from the day the order was placed to get to you.
